About this website
The website describes the services we offer to small businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organisations across East Africa: accounting and advisory, tax, administration and recruitment, legal and dispute support, training and capacity building, and entrepreneur and SME support. It also publishes articles on related topics and lets you send us an enquiry.
Information, not advice
Everything on this website, including our articles and service descriptions, is general information. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account.
Laws, tax rates and filing deadlines change, and a page may not reflect the position on the day you read it. Please get advice on your own situation before acting, or deciding not to act, on anything you read here.
No client relationship
Using this website, sending an enquiry or messaging us does not make you our client. We act for you only once we have agreed the scope, fees and terms of the work in writing, and that agreement, not these terms, governs our services.
Service descriptions on this website summarise what we can offer; they are not an offer that can be accepted. Representation before a court or tribunal is provided only where the law permits, under a separate written engagement.
Your enquiries
When you send us an enquiry, please:
